Writing Therapy
Writing therapy is a form of expressive therapy that involves using writing as a tool for self-exploration and emotional healing. Through the act of writing, individuals are able to process their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their experiences, and work through difficult emotions. Writing therapy can take many forms, including journaling, poetry, storytelling, and letter writing. It is often used as a way to cope with trauma, reduce stress, and improve overall mental health and well-being.
