Wheel alignment refers to the proper positioning of a vehicle's wheels concerning each other and the road surface. It involves adjusting the angles of the wheels to ensure they are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the ground, thereby optimizing tire contact with the road. Proper wheel alignment is critical for even tire wear, improved fuel efficiency, better handling, and increased safety. Factors such as driving habits, road conditions, and accidents can cause misalignment, leading to uneven tire tread wear and compromised vehicle performance. A wheel alignment service typically includes adjusting the camber, caster, and toe angles of the wheels. Camber refers to the inward or outward tilt of the wheels when viewed from the front; caster is the angle at which the steering axis is inclined relative to the vertical direction; and toe indicates whether the wheels are pointing inward or outward when viewed from above.
