Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards are a professional basketball team based in Washington, D.C. They are a member of the Southeast Division in the Eastern Conference of the NBA. The team was established in 1961 as the Chicago Packers before relocating to Baltimore and becoming the Baltimore Bullets in 1963. In 1973, the team moved to Washington, D.C. and became the Capital Bullets before changing their name to the Washington Bullets in 1974. The team rebranded as the Washington Wizards in 1997. The team's colors are navy blue, red, and white, and they play their home games at the Capital One Arena.
