Virtual Teams
A virtual team is a group of individuals who work together on a project or task from different locations, typically using technology to communicate and collaborate. Members of virtual teams may be dispersed geographically, working remotely from home or separate offices, and rely on tools such as video conferencing, email, and project management software to stay connected and coordinated. Virtual teams offer flexibility and the ability to tap into a diverse range of talent, but also present challenges in terms of communication, coordination, and building relationships among team members who may never meet in person.
