Velociraptors

Velociraptors were a genus of dromaeosaurid theropod dinosaur that lived approximately 75 to 71 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous Period. They were known for their small size, agility, and sharp claws on their feet. Velociraptors were carnivorous predators that likely hunted in packs, using their intelligence and speed to take down prey. These dinosaurs had a distinctive sickle-shaped claw on each hind foot, which they used to slash and kill their victims. Despite their portrayal in popular media as being much larger than they actually were, Velociraptors were actually around the size of a turkey, measuring about 6 feet in length and weighing around 33 pounds.
