Tyrannosaurus Rex
Tyrannosaurus Rex, also known as T. Rex, is a large carnivorous dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 68 to 66 million years ago. It is one of the most well-known and iconic dinosaurs, with its massive size, powerful jaws filled with sharp teeth, and distinctive short arms. T. Rex was one of the largest land predators of all time, measuring up to 40 feet in length and weighing up to 9 tons. Its name, which means "tyrant lizard king," reflects its fearsome reputation as a top predator of its time.
