True Seals
True Seals, also known as earless seals, are a group of marine mammals characterized by their lack of external ear flaps. They have streamlined bodies, short front flippers, and hind flippers that cannot be rotated forward. True Seals are well adapted for swimming and diving, with some species able to reach depths of over 1,000 meters. They are carnivorous animals, feeding primarily on fish, squid, and crustaceans. True Seals can be found in both the Arctic and Antarctic regions, as well as in temperate and tropical waters around the world.
