Transportation Safety
Transportation Safety refers to the practices, regulations, and measures put in place to ensure the protection and well-being of individuals while traveling from one location to another using various modes of transportation. This includes but is not limited to road safety, air safety, rail safety, maritime safety, and public transportation safety. Measures such as seat belt usage, speed limits, traffic signs, vehicle maintenance, pilot training, air traffic control, emergency preparedness, and public awareness campaigns all fall under the umbrella of Transportation Safety. The ultimate goal of Transportation Safety is to minimize the risk of accidents, injuries, and fatalities associated with the movement of people and goods.
