Trademark Law
Trademark Law refers to the legal regulations and protections surrounding the use of symbols, logos, phrases, or designs that identify and distinguish the goods or services of one party from those of another. This area of law aims to prevent consumer confusion by granting exclusive rights to the owner of a trademark, allowing them to control its use and prevent others from using a similar mark in a way that could cause confusion in the marketplace. Trademark Law also covers issues such as registration, infringement, dilution, and licensing of trademarks.
