Thai Clothing
Thai clothing refers to traditional garments worn by people in Thailand. These clothing items often feature vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and luxurious fabrics such as silk and cotton. Traditional Thai clothing for women typically includes a sarong-like skirt called a "pha nung" or "pha sin", paired with a fitted blouse known as a "chut thai". Men often wear a wrap-around skirt called a "pha nung" or loose-fitting trousers called "pha krachang", along with a shirt called a "chong kraben". Accessories such as sashes, scarves, and jewelry are commonly worn to complement the outfit. Thai clothing is often worn during special occasions, cultural events, and traditional ceremonies.
