Team Leaders
Team Leaders are individuals who are responsible for guiding and overseeing a group of individuals to work towards a common goal. They provide direction, support, and motivation to team members, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Team Leaders often have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to delegate tasks and make decisions under pressure. They serve as a point of contact between team members and higher management, and play a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive team environment.
