Tasmanian Tiger
The Tasmanian Tiger, also known as the Thylacine, was a carnivorous marsupial native to Tasmania, Australia. It had a dog-like appearance with yellowish-brown fur, dark stripes along its back, and a stiff tail. The Tasmanian Tiger was the largest known carnivorous marsupial of modern times, with a body length of up to 6 feet. Sadly, the species became extinct in the early 20th century due to hunting, habitat destruction, and disease. Despite numerous alleged sightings, there is no concrete evidence to suggest that the Tasmanian Tiger still exists today.
