Synarthroses
Synarthroses are immovable joints found in the human body, where the bones are held tightly together by fibrous connective tissue or cartilage. These joints provide stability and support to the skeletal system, allowing for minimal to no movement between the bones they connect. Examples of synarthroses include sutures in the skull and the joint between the two halves of the pelvis.
