Student Teaching
Student teaching is a period during a teacher education program in which a student teacher works alongside a mentor teacher in a classroom setting to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in teaching. This experience allows the student teacher to apply theoretical concepts learned in their coursework to real-life teaching situations, develop classroom management skills, and build relationships with students. Throughout student teaching, the student teacher receives feedback and guidance from the mentor teacher to help them grow and improve as an educator.
