Spherical Trigonometry

Spherical Trigonometry deals with the study of triangles formed on the surface of a sphere. It involves the measurement of angles and sides of these spherical triangles, as well as the relationships between them. Spherical trigonometry is used in various fields such as astronomy, navigation, and geodesy to solve problems related to spherical surfaces. It differs from plane trigonometry in that the sum of angles in a spherical triangle can be greater than 180 degrees, and the sides are measured along arcs of great circles.
