Shortsightednesses

Shortsightednesses refer to a condition where objects in the distance appear blurry or unclear, while objects up close can be seen clearly. This vision impairment, also known as myopia, occurs when the eyeball is too long or the cornea is too curved, causing light to focus in front of the retina instead of directly on it. Shortsightednesses can be corrected with eyeglasses, contact lenses, or refractive surgery.
