Selfregulation Empathy

Selfregulation Empathy refers to the ability to understand and regulate one's own emotions in order to empathize with others. This involves being able to manage and control one's feelings effectively, while also being able to connect with and understand the emotions of others. It requires a high level of emotional intelligence and the capacity to put oneself in someone else's shoes in order to respond with empathy and compassion.
