Second Degree Relatives
Second degree relatives are individuals who are biologically related to a person through a combination of one shared grandparent and one shared great-grandparent. This includes relationships such as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandparents, and grandchildren. These relatives are one step further removed from a person's immediate family members.
