Sabertooth Tiger
A Sabertooth Tiger is a prehistoric mammal that lived during the Pleistocene epoch, characterized by its large size, powerful build, and long, curved canine teeth. This carnivorous predator had a robust body with a short tail, and its distinctive saber-shaped teeth were used for slicing through flesh and bone. Sabertooth Tigers were apex predators, likely hunting large herbivores such as mammoths and bison. Despite their name, they were not actually tigers but belonged to the genus Smilodon. These fearsome creatures roamed North and South America until their extinction around 10,000 years ago.
