Risk Governance
Risk governance refers to the process of identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks within an organization. It involves establishing policies, procedures, and structures to ensure that risks are identified and addressed in a timely and effective manner. Risk governance also includes defining risk appetite and tolerance levels, as well as assigning roles and responsibilities for managing and mitigating risks. The goal of risk governance is to promote transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making in relation to risks that may impact the organization's objectives and performance.
