Reflections
Reflections are the phenomenon of light, sound, or heat being thrown back or refracted. It is the process by which a surface or wave reflects light, sound, or heat. In a broader sense, reflections can also refer to contemplation, meditation, or thoughtful consideration of one's actions, beliefs, or experiences.
