Pinkeyes

Pinkeyes refer to a common eye condition characterized by inflammation and redness of the conjunctiva, the thin clear tissue that lines the inside of the eyelid and covers the white part of the eye. It can be caused by viruses, bacteria, allergies, or irritants. Symptoms may include redness, itching, burning, discharge, and crusting of the eyelids. Pinkeyes can be contagious and are usually treated with medication or home remedies to relieve symptoms and prevent spread.
