People Support Groups
People Support Groups are community-based organizations that provide emotional, social, and practical support to individuals facing common challenges, such as mental health issues, chronic illnesses, addiction, grief, or life transitions. These groups offer a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to share their experiences, receive guidance and encouragement, and connect with others who understand their struggles. Support groups may be led by professionals or peers with lived experience, and typically involve regular meetings, discussions, and activities aimed at promoting healing, empowerment, and personal growth.
