Parenting Leadership involves the act of parents taking on a proactive and guiding role in raising and nurturing their children. It encompasses setting positive examples, establishing boundaries, fostering open communication, and instilling values and principles in order to empower children to grow into responsible, independent, and compassionate individuals. Parenting Leadership also involves making decisions that prioritize the well-being and future success of the children, while also recognizing and respecting their unique personalities, strengths, and needs.
