Overnutritions
Overnutrition refers to the excessive intake of nutrients, particularly calories, fats, sugars, and salts, leading to adverse health effects such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic conditions. It is a condition where an individual consumes more nutrients than their body needs, resulting in imbalances and negative consequences on overall health and well-being. Overnutrition can occur from consistently eating high-calorie, low-nutrient foods, excessive portion sizes, or a lack of physical activity to balance out the energy intake. It is a growing concern in many developed countries where unhealthy eating habits and sedentary lifestyles are prevalent.
