Organic Whole Grains
Organic whole grains are grains that have not been refined or processed, retaining all parts of the grain including the bran, germ, and endosperm. These grains are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, and are considered a nutritious and wholesome source of carbohydrates, fiber, and essential nutrients. Examples of organic whole grains include quinoa, brown rice, oats, and barley.
