Old English Poetry
Old English Poetry refers to the poetic works written in the Old English language between the 7th and 11th centuries in what is now known as England. The most famous example of Old English Poetry is the epic poem Beowulf, which tells the story of a heroic warrior who battles monsters and dragons.
