Nonrecombinants
Nonrecombinants are organisms or individuals that do not undergo the process of genetic recombination, where genetic material is exchanged between two similar or identical molecules of DNA. This can result in offspring that are genetically identical to the parent, without any new combinations of genetic material. In nonrecombinants, the genetic material remains unchanged and does not undergo any mixing or reshuffling of genes.
