Nilotic Languages

Nilotic languages are a group of Eastern Sudanic languages spoken across a wide area of East Africa, primarily in the Nile Valley. These languages are known for their complex phonological systems, including a large number of consonants and vowel sounds. Nilotic languages are also characterized by their agglutinative morphology, where words are formed by adding prefixes and suffixes to a root. Some well-known Nilotic languages include Dinka, Maasai, and Luo.
