Myelofibroses
Myelofibroses are a group of rare bone marrow disorders characterized by the abnormal accumulation of fibrous tissue in the bone marrow. This condition can lead to anemia, weakness, fatigue, enlarged spleen, and increased risk of infection and bleeding. Myelofibroses often progress slowly over time and can be challenging to diagnose and treat.
