Minicomputers

Minicomputers are a class of small-sized computers that are larger and more powerful than microcomputers but smaller and less powerful than mainframe computers. They typically have multiple users and are used for tasks such as scientific computations, process control, and database management. Minicomputers were popular in the 1960s and 1970s but have largely been replaced by more powerful microcomputers in recent years.
