Min Dialects
Min Dialects refer to a group of Chinese dialects that belong to the Min language family. These dialects are primarily spoken in the southeastern coastal regions of China, including Fujian province and parts of Taiwan. Min Dialects are known for their unique phonetic features, vocabulary, and grammar structures that distinguish them from other Chinese dialects. The most widely spoken Min Dialect is Hokkien, which is spoken by millions of people in southern Fujian and Taiwan. Other notable Min Dialects include Teochew, Hainanese, and Leizhou.
