Military Law
Military law refers to the body of laws and regulations that govern the conduct of members of the armed forces. It encompasses rules regarding discipline, conduct, and justice within the military. Military law is designed to maintain order and discipline within the armed forces and to ensure that service members adhere to a code of conduct that is separate from civilian laws. This includes regulations related to military operations, combat, and the handling of military personnel in times of peace and war. Military law also covers matters such as court-martial proceedings, military tribunals, and the administration of justice within the military hierarchy.
