Microprograms

Microprograms are small, highly specialized sequences of instructions that control the operation of a microprocessor at a very low level. These programs are typically stored in read-only memory (ROM) and are used to implement specific functions or operations within a larger computer system. Microprograms are designed to be executed quickly and efficiently, and are often used to perform tasks such as handling input/output operations, managing memory access, or implementing complex arithmetic operations.
