Micells

Micells are self-assembled aggregates of surfactant molecules in a colloidal solution. They are composed of a hydrophobic tail and a hydrophilic head, arranging themselves in a spherical structure with the hydrophobic tails facing inward and the hydrophilic heads facing outward. Micells are commonly used in various applications such as drug delivery, cosmetics, and food processing due to their ability to solubilize hydrophobic compounds and enhance their stability in aqueous environments.
