Mediations

Mediations involve the process of resolving disputes or conflicts between parties through the assistance of a neutral third party. This third party, known as a mediator, facilitates communication and negotiation between the involved parties in order to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement. Mediations can be used in a variety of contexts, including legal, workplace, family, and community disputes. The goal of mediations is to promote understanding, cooperation, and resolution without the need for formal litigation or escalation of the conflict.
