Maryland Terrapins
The Maryland Terrapins are the athletic teams representing the University of Maryland, College Park. The Terrapins compete in the NCAA Division I as members of the Big Ten Conference. The teams are known for their iconic red, white, black, and gold colors, as well as their mascot, Testudo the terrapin. Maryland has a strong tradition of success in sports such as basketball, football, lacrosse, and soccer.
