Market Economy

A market economy is a system in which economic decisions and the pricing of goods and services are guided solely by the interactions of citizens and businesses in the marketplace. In a market economy, the laws of supply and demand dictate the prices of goods and services, leading to a self-regulating and efficient economic system. Individuals and businesses are free to make their own choices about what to produce, how to produce, and for whom to produce, without government intervention. This system promotes competition, innovation, and economic growth.
