The reproductive system of mammals includes structures and organs dedicated to the production, development, and delivery of gametes (sperm in males, eggs in females) for the purpose of sexual reproduction. In males, this system consists of the testes, epididymis, vas deferens, seminal vesicles, prostate gland, and penis. In females, it includes the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, and vagina. These organs work together to facilitate fertilization, embryo development, and childbirth in mammalian species.
