Relating to or occurring during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, which occurs after ovulation and before menstruation. This phase is characterized by increased production of progesterone and prepares the uterus for potential pregnancy. Symptoms during this phase may include bloating, mood swings, and breast tenderness.
