Leadership Skills
Leadership Skills refer to the abilities, qualities, and behaviors that enable an individual to effectively guide, motivate, and inspire others towards achieving common goals. These skills include but are not limited to communication, decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, adaptability, vision-setting, delegation, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking. A strong leader is able to foster collaboration, build trust, and empower team members to maximize their potential and drive success within an organization.
