Language Groups
Language groups refer to a collection of languages that are related to each other through common ancestry, geographical proximity, or cultural interaction. These languages typically share similar grammatical structures, vocabulary, and phonetics, making it easier for speakers of one language within the group to learn and understand another. Language groups can be further divided into dialects or subgroups based on more specific linguistic characteristics. Additionally, the classification of languages into groups helps linguists study language evolution, migration patterns, and cultural exchange among different populations.
