Koshers

Koshers refers to food products that are prepared according to Jewish dietary laws, known as kashrut. These laws dictate which foods are considered permissible (kosher) and which are forbidden (non-kosher) for consumption. This includes guidelines on animal slaughter, meat and dairy separation, and the prohibition of certain ingredients such as pork and shellfish. Additionally, kosher certification ensures that a product has been prepared in accordance with these laws and is deemed suitable for consumption by observant Jews.
