Korean Vermicelli

Korean vermicelli, also known as "dangmyeon," is a type of thin, transparent noodle made from sweet potato starch. It is a popular ingredient in Korean cuisine, often used in dishes such as japchae (stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat) and kimbap (seaweed rice rolls). Korean vermicelli has a chewy texture and is typically soaked in water before cooking to soften. It is gluten-free and a good source of carbohydrates.
