Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the study of human movement, including the mechanics, anatomy, and physiology involved in physical activity. It encompasses the analysis of how muscles, bones, and joints work together to produce coordinated movements, as well as the effects of exercise on the body's overall health and well-being. Kinesiology also explores factors such as biomechanics, motor control, and exercise psychology to understand and improve performance in various physical activities and sports.
