Kalenjin Dialects
Kalenjin Dialects refer to the various language variations spoken by the Kalenjin people of Kenya. These dialects include Kipsigis, Nandi, Tugen, Marakwet, Pokot, Keiyo, and Sabaot. Each dialect has its own unique characteristics in terms of vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation, but they are all mutually intelligible to some extent. The Kalenjin dialects are part of the larger Nilotic language family and have been influenced by the neighboring Bantu and Cushitic languages.
