Islamic Creed

The Islamic Creed refers to the core beliefs and principles that form the foundation of Islamic theology and practice. It encompasses the beliefs in the oneness of God (Tawhid), prophethood (Nubuwwah), divine revelation (Wahy), the Day of Judgment (Qiyamah), and predestination (Qadar). These beliefs shape the religious identity of Muslims and guide their understanding of the purpose of life, the nature of God, and the moral responsibilities of individuals within the community. The Islamic Creed is articulated in the Shahada, the declaration of faith that affirms belief in the oneness of God and the prophethood of Muhammad.
