Individuals who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, including those living in shelters, transitional housing, cars, abandoned buildings, or on the streets. These individuals often face challenges related to access to basic necessities such as food, shelter, healthcare, and employment opportunities. Homeless people may experience social stigma, discrimination, and issues related to mental health and substance abuse.
