It includes planning, coordinating, and controlling activities to ensure properties are safe, functional, and meet tenants' needs while maximizing property value and revenue for the owner. This encompasses tasks such as lease management, tenant relations, financial reporting, maintenance and repair oversight, and working closely with real estate appraisers to determine property values and make informed decisions regarding property investments and divestments.
