It encompasses various financial instruments and strategies, such as mortgages, securitized real estate assets, and commercial lending. The area of law also covers regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and risk management in real estate transactions. Real Estate Finance is closely related to Property Management in terms of managing the financial aspects of maintaining and leasing properties, and to Real Estate in general due to its focus on the acquisition and development of properties.
